Sometimes I will add something to my shopping cart from the website local ad section, but then at checkout I’ll notice that the store had changed for pickup. I will remove the item from my cart, go back to the local ad section, verify my local store is chosen for displaying the local ad, and add the item again to my cart. Once again, the same item will be showing pickup at some other store in my shopping cart.
This bug doesn’t occur all the time, but I’m wondering if you are aware of it and are working to fix it.

I use both IE9 and Google Chrome. If a problem occurs with Sears/Kmart/SYW, then I switch browsers. Next, I try clearing my browser cache, including the cookies. At this point, I will usually just make a purchase from your competition. If I run into the same type of problem again in the future, I will ask a friend to try it on their end. And finally, the last resort is to deal with customer service.
