    Very impressed December 24, 2009

    This worked great as a powerful air cooler during the summer but what has me impressed is it's usefulness during the winter. The heat function is outstanding but more importantly it has a built-in humidifier!!!  Perfect for those who's allergies are worsened by dry heated air. This is a life saver.

    5 in 1 Evaporative Air Cooler October 13, 2011

    The air cooler arrived on the 2nd of September and worked great for a few days. Then I turned it off and the next day turned it back on and the noise was deafening! Don't know how or why it suddenly broke and is making this racket but it is so loud we can't keep it running any longer. I called the customer service and they said I had to send an email to take care of this and they couldn't do it over the phone. I sent an email and they sent a possible fix, but it didn't work. I then sent another email and they sent a postage paid address label for me to return the product. Problem is I have to return it in it's original box and packaging (which I didn't keep as I just don't have room to store something like that) or find and pay for a box big enough to ship it in and then pay for all the bubble wrapping and stuff to ship it back. So it is still costing me a lot just to send this back and right now with the recent death of my husband money is very limited. I ordered this for him as he wanted a cooler that also was an air filter but he died the day before this arrived. So now I am dealing with my husband's estate and have this added to the problem! At over $200 this should have been better built!!

    Pros:
    Powerful,Cools,Quiet,Heating,Humidifier

    This does it all. Cools, heats, humidifies while heating. Really great if you have sensitive skin.  Easy to use and packs lots of options. Well worth the price. If you forget to fill the tank with water id makes a really loud noise but all you need to do is fill the tank and you are ready to go again. I definitely can recommend it.
