    Durable,Great for young teens

    My parents bought this bench for me in march of 2010. It was fairly simple to put together if youve got the right tools. As a sixteen year old i would say that its not the greatest bench out there, but it is the best for its price range. At first i thought the barbell was going to bend easily but its holding up. I went from 40 lbs to 160lbs since March' thats 50 lbs more then it says the bar could hold. The lat tower i would say is a bit to short for people taller than 5'9" and the preacher pad isn't angles very well. Overall it was a great buy because its showing durability outdoors and probably will for about three years. My only con is that its just designed for smaller people and its very easy to "outgrow" it.

    I would suggest this bench for anybody trying to get in shape and not for people that are planning to become "muscle-heads".

    This bench is perfect for a starter bench. I had to adjust mine because I am 6 foot 1 and the bar wasn't wide enough so I extended it out and I bought a new bar and I love it now! Perfect bench for a teen.
