Will never order this BIG a piece again
Ten of the pieces were damaged. Three were cracked and the rest had 'cosmetic' damage; rubbed off finish down to the composite. The maker will not replace that many pieces, so I had to return it. This comes in one box that weighs 137 pounds. I think the odds that it could have made it to me without damage were slim. Its too much weight and too little cushion in one box for something like this. BEWARE: 1) The box may not be reusable for shipping back once opened, 2) Take detailed pictures on how it was initially packed in case you have to repack it because you ain't gonna fit it back in otherwise. Thankfully I could take it back to my local Kmart. I returned the 'pile' of pieces loosely wrapped in the disintegrated box (the box was glued so it was ripped open). We also bought the bookcase headboard in this line and we love it! The finish is glued on unlike this thin stamped or painted on stuff. Kudos to the North Augusta SC Kmart staff for thier help!

Terrible buy
3 of the major parts were broken when I received it. When I called for replacement parts they said they do not ship over night and had to argue to get that done. I received the dresser on Friay the 21 and was told they would not ship replacement parts until the 27th. Assembly of the unit requires a nonstandard tool that was not mentioned in the description but can be purchased for around $10.00. The dresser requires a large area to assemble and it takes hours to do it. If you do buy it be sure to an electric screwdriver with 2 batteries. i would never recommend this product.

MEASUREMENTS ARE COMPLETELY WRONG ON THE WEBSITE - I ORDERED THIS PARTICULAR CHEST BECAUSE I NEEDED ONE NO LONGER THAN 50" IT'S ACTUALLY 60" AND IT'S NOT 30" TALL, IT'S 36" - THESE THINGS ARE VERY IMPORTANT WHEN ORDERING ONLINE
