    Washer March 19, 2009

    This is a pretty good washer but it takes over my laundry room. I had to reverse my doors on both the washer and dryer. My only concerns is that my first washer quit working after about 2 weeks 2 parts were bad. I called up Sears and they replaced the washer with another brand new one but the delivery took another 2 1/2 weeks because it was right around XMAS. If your kids play sports and you have to constantly wash their uniforms the 18 minute was is for you.

    Washer/dryer were delivered on 10/09.   The washer machine's door would not lock, when we tried to do our first load.  Call 800# was told I had to wait 6 days for the serviceman.  The serviceman finally showed, he told me the rubber around the door is tight.  I have to hold the door in, until it locks.  I might have to do this for the next three months.   The first few loads, I pushed on the door until it locked.  Now it takes several times of trying until it finally clicks.   I didn't pay $1200 to push on washer machine door just right until it locks.  I should be able to shut the door and turn on the machine.

    This has to be the best washer out there. It has the largest capacity that I know of & has a host of cycles to fit your needs. The high spin speed means less time drying your clothes & they come out extremely clean with minimal wear. I've been sold on front load washers for years & out of all that I've seen this is the best. I've had it for 10 months now & no problems!
