No BELLS, No Whistles - just WORKS
Sometimes we improve things beyond their ability to just do the job we invented them for. Such is the case with all too many 'New, Improved Battery Chargers'. This one hooks up, powers up, and charges the battery whether it has 1 volt or no volts. IT DON"T CARE.
