Always use comsumer reports for review and this was consumer best buy. A little top heavy but the direct drive helps a great deal. Love the sensor light, helps my husband to vacuum more effectively. Great with dog hair, nice to see what you pickup with clear container. Filters a littly pricey but I use an air compressor to blow out the dust and it lasts a lot longer. I have had vacuum about three years and has been very good. Plan on buying daughter one for Christmas

this vacuum cleaner worked barely adequately until a week after the guarantee expired then it stopped working. I bought this beltless cleaner to save having to replace belts. Guess what - a belt is a heck of a lot cheaper to replace than the brush motor that takes its place

I have had this vacuum for 3 years. I have never had to replace anything on it. I love not having a bag to change, it is very user friendly. It is a bit heavy, but the good outweighs the bad in this instance.

I purchased this vacuum cleaner for my mom so that she wouldn't have to switch appliances while doing two different kinds of floors. She absolutely LOVES this thing!!! The only drawback that we have found is that the little bucket that you empty can sometimes be a little stubborn and slightly messy. The product is so simple to use and is so much better than a Swiffer!! I'm purchasing one for myself when I get my hardwood floors!
