The EarScope woks fine...it's the user behind it!

I bought this ear scope last year after 2 of my children kept getting ear infections.  The product itself works fine.  It's really just a magnifier.  The problem is that it is difficult to know what an ear infection looks like if you are not a medical professional.  The guide that comes with the scope does not do much for helping you determine an ear infection either! It is also difficult to see in past the common wax in children's ears.  It definitely does not replace a doctor's diagnosis, but it is helpful when you do see an "ugly inner ear" to confirm the need for a trip to the doctors. 

I would recommend this product to a friend.
