Stamina  Stamina InMotion II Treadmill

I use this every day and because its uphill you have to use your legs even more than you do with regular walking. So you are getting the results in 30min that you would with an hour or more of walking. I enjoy it cause sometimes I don't have too much time to dedicate to my workouts. I been using it every day but even when I only get to use it 3-4 times a week I see results. I've been loosing around 2lbs a week. I also love the fact that even though I'm losing more than with regular walking its still a very low impact workout. I would recomend it to anyone who is looking for a treadmill to use for walking not running.

I purchased this manual treadmill after my motorized one broke down and was too expensive to repair or buy a new one.  Besides they take up a lot of room that I don't have in my smaller home.  I looked at this one and thought it would be a wise choice.  No electricity, compact and light, easy  to store and I am in control of the speed.  I am a more mature woman but found it quiet easy to set up by myself.  I have found that it can be a bit tricky to set the tension and center the belt.  It tells you how in the manual, but that has been a bit of a problem....too tight on one side will cause the belt to drift over and start to curl....tighten it the other way sometimes keeps the belt from moving without jerking as you walk.  I spent almost an hour getting it "right" one day, but then moved it to another location and had to do it all over again.  It was a workout just getting up and down and walking on it to center it and get the tension right.  Also it is on an incline all the time...good for buring calories and toning, but sometimes I would like it to be flat for easier walking.  Don't get me wrong, I do like this treadmill. It is so nice to be able to get in a good walk when the weather outside isn't always cooperative.  And this is the machine to help you do just that.

What a great product!  I put it together and walked on it after about 40 minutes time.  I did not know that it would be that easy.  I really enjoy this product. 

 My treadmill is noisy when I use it. Not sure how to fix that. I was told that it should be quiet.

 I have had the treadmill for about a month now & have never been able to adjust the tread to be in the middle instead of way to far to one side or the other. No matter how hard I try. I work harder at that then an actual workout on the treadmill! I have to because when it gets to far to one side or the other it rubs the side. This is with me following the instructions. It is very frustrating. Not sure why it can not be made to stay where it should be. Suggestions would be great since doing it using the instructions does not work.

Update:

 I have had this treadmill for 2 months now and I am still not able to adjust it to the middle. It was such a waste of money , especially in this economy. The instructions do not work for this.

Item arrrived in < 3 days, Owner's Manual easy to follow - needed adjustable ratchet wrench to install and 2 people. Well constructed! Monitor instruction hard to follow however.

I was shocked on how easy the instructions were for putting my treadmill together. This treadmill is well worth the price and the quality is very good! It is also easy to fold up and store away when not in use. I also love shopping at Kmart for these reasons and it only took a week for it to get here! I am very impressed! I tried to get this somewhere else and it took them a month after I ordered to tell me it was out of stock! I will shop through here more often! Very satisfied customer!

This is what I expected from a manual treadmill. I get a good workout, it isn't noisy, and it's small enough to work in the space in which I intended to use it. The price is reasonable too.

Firstly, I orderd the treadmill online and was anxiously awaiting its arrival. They said approx 7 to 14 days EDT and I had it in less than a week. Hooray!! And it was so very easy to put together. The only comment I have is about the directions. They tell you the "Tools Needed" but fail to tell you that those tools ARE included. Other than that - no problems. I use it and love it. I fold it up when I'm done and store under the bed.

This treadmill hurt my bad back. I am trying to extend the handholds up and/or back to mitigate the problem. If it doesn't help, I will consider returning it. One must hold on to use it (so all but the shortest person will be bending over). It doesn't work well for jogging or running, but walking is okay. The mileage/calorie counter is cheap but works; the given directions for its very simple use are plain wrong. It arrived slightly damaged but not in a critical area. Assembly was straightforward. I would recommend this only to someone who knows about the back issue and is on a very tight budget. It definitely takes time to get used to slipping rather than walking.
