Earring backs not gold
Earrings are very nice. Dolphins and post appear to be gold. Backs that hold the earring on are not gold, but hypoallergenic material. This was not made clear in the description.

Beautiful Earrings
My 11 yr old granddaughter loves these earrings. She wears them nearly every day. They're small but beautiful. The only thing she didn't like was the box they came in which was Little Mermaid. She thought I was "tricking her" with that box. Too young for her, I guess, but she does love the earrings. Next time I'll know to trade out the boxes.
