Provo Craft Knifty Knitter - Knitting for the novice January 01, 2012
I was interested in learning how to knit but was hoping to create something that was attractive and useful without having to go through the long process of learning a new skill. I found the Knifty Knitter and have been extremely happy with my purchase. There are so many useful and cute items you can make with this easy to use set. The largest project that I have made is a poncho. Despite its size, it was very easy to make. I made a hat for a relative and she said it is the warmest hat she ever had. It is nice to share your Knifty Knitter creations with family/friends.

pegs sometimes come looseGive me two needles and yarn and I'll be lost. Give me this loom set and *POOF* check out all these cool hats, pillow cases, blankets, dog sweaters, mittins, slippers, scarfs, etc, that I have made! Truly wonderful set to begin with. I recomend getting the kit and not buying them indiviually, its a much better deal. The only issues I did come into with these looms is that the some of the pegs come loose, I put tape around the end of mine then suck them back into there holes, just gave them a little more to fill in the gap, and that worked fine. The hooks are not always the same, some are stronger than others, I had to buy a few just to find one that would withstand the heavy dudy yarns. This kit comes with a pattern but fyi, there are so many more out there. Have fun with your new looms!

Made many projects with the Knifty Knitters September 17, 2010
I have made many things from the Knifty Knitter looms, from hats and scarves to snowmen and monkeys. Very easy to make fast projects.
An easy way to get started with knitting! September 10, 2010
Pros:
easy to useThese looms are a great way to get someone started in the art of knitting without all the hassle and hair-pulling! My girlfriend had mastered knitting long strips of fabric, but what she was really interested in making was hats. With this loom, hats are simple once you've mastered the casting on. I did give these looms four stars because there isn't a lot of variation on many of the items. Most hats look the same and have roll brims, which aren't for everyone. Also, sometimes the pegs would twist which got a little annoying for her occasionally.
This would be a great gift for a teen looking for a new hobby!
