NOT A CADILLAC BUT WORKS WELL

This is not cadillac quality but not a bad pump either for the money.  Twice and thrice the money can be spent for other brands, but why? if this one does the job just as well?  I bought it in the store and there were several types and prices to choose from.  I invested in this one because I had no idea what my husband would like, so I got this with its variety of nozzles for different uses.  Husband used it to pump up a wheelbarrel tire that had deflated over the years.  He agreed that the nozzle device takes a couple tries to figure out how to keep clamped onto the tire valve without losing air during pumping, but once he got a good clamped seal (as I recall from years ago the old ones were tricky this way too), it pumped perfectly and he really liked the gauge.  It's lightweight because of being plastic, I guess, so don't know what the durability will be compared to the metal models of yesteryear.  It's hard to get 5 Stars out of us, so "4" is a pretty decent rating for this plastic tool that meets our needs.

quick bike floor pump

A tire that is completely deflated takes less than 2 minutes to fully pump up.  This pump is very lightweight and therefore can be stored pretty much anywhere.  The majority of the pump is plastic like everything made now.  The attached tire pressure gauge is very handy, as you no longer need to feel the tire to see how full it is.  It also helps to avoid accidental overfilling the tire.

The aluminum nozzle can be tricky to put on and difficult to take off without losing all the air you just put in.  But otherwise it is a good product by Schwinn.

The only complaint concerning the pump is that it took a little effort to seat the nozzle on my bike's Presta valve. Inflation took little effort, but removing the nozzle required quite a bit of effort. Other than the lack of ease connecting and disconnecting, this pump works great.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
