I really like this system and it was only $99. My only problem was after my husband started putting the machine together, we notice that a part was broke. Inspect all the pieces before you start putting together.

I have scoliosis.....2 curves....mid thoracic and lumbar....with stenosis in latter. Mid back was preventing me from sleeping on back and right side. Since I have been using the Inversion System that has stopped. I am thrilled. The unit is solid (I am 230). Family I have not seen for 6 months said "you are standing straighter." How nice to hear. (I am doing nothing else different than using this unit.) Hoping over time may impact lumbar curve enough to alter stenosis a bit, but not yet. Took me a good month or more to get comfortable on it, but now I often do not want to get off. I am using the medium setting. Great investment.

This is a very well built product. It was easy to assemble. It seems very sturdy. You can adjust it to your height so that when you raise your arms, it will automatically invert. You can set how far you want it to invert. It has safety handles so you can pull yourself back up gently. I like to bring it back to lying level for a while before I get off it. I use this for lower and upper back problems. I've had chiropractic treatments for years. This does a gentle stretching. The first few times I used it, it felt really good while inverted but afterwards, It hurt to walk. I think it took the pressure off my spine and when I became upright, the pressure coming back made my back hurt. I think frequent but short use is the way to go for me until my back gets more use to it. I am also thinking that if I use it immediately before bed, my back would have time to adjust. This is how my chiropractor does it. He has me rest for about 10 minutes after an adjustment to give the adjustment time to set in. I have noticed I have more spring in my step and even though it sometimes hurts when I get off it, the pain goes away and I feel better than before getting on it. I hope this review helps someone. I am very satisfied with my purchase! One more thing...My friend who has back trouble bought one also and he also is very happy with it.

A few of the directions were not very clear but after re reading a few times it went together great, Use your own tools, I bent the ones included on the first bolt. I love the Inversion Table I felt my back pop back in place the 1st time I used it. I get on it every day only need a min. or two & I feel great!! Wish I would have done this a year ago!! Have someone with you the first few times you use this. It takes a few times to get use to it. If I could change anything I would suggest better padding around the feet other than that it's great~

My husband and I love this, we've had it a year and use it 3-4 times a week. Helps losen up a stiff back, the only thing I dont like is after your done the head rush/ light headed from being upside down.

I just recently purchased the body flex inversion table and I am very please. This is a great value for the price. With my hieght (6'4) and weight (220lbs) there are no issues at all. Taking advantage of the Black Friday deals helped as well. I purchased it for only $89! I actually use it everyday as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has back issues or just wants to promote good posture, blood circulation and a great fitness incorporation as well.
