Pulse  Charger Electric Scooter - Black

I originally gave this review a 2 Star due to a battery issue. I called the company (very helpful) and they helped me trouble shoot the issue and we were able to fix my battery problem. Nice scooter and great customer service....

The battery charged up twice and then will not turn on. I am in the process of calling the company to get a replacement. Very good looking scooter, not impressed with what happened though.

Bought one for Christmas. Opened, charged overnight- a day [ recommends 14 hours]. Green light would come to show its on, but wheels would not turn. Returned it and got a replacement. Charged for a day, it ran for about 15 mts first day. Chrged it again, day-2 ran for less than 5 mts and started to trip again and again. It does not have power to pull 60 pound kid and most minimum ramp. This is total waste of time and money and we are not at all happy about the quality of product.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I bought 2 and have had to return each twice. They would not start after charging overnight. Called the manufacture and was told to return. So returning for a refund. I wish my time and energy could be refunded!

Exchanged this scooter for another one after the belt came off within 2 weeks. After 3 months, the belt broke off. Ordered spare belts and replaced it. I later noticed the scooter moving slower even after charging it several times. When I plugged it in to recharge, the indicator light said it was already charged. Definitely don't recommend this product to anyone.

Nice little scooter for the money. Have had my concerns with its battery charge and holding the charge for more than a day. If we get the balance of the summer and even some fall I would say that we received our money worth.

I bought this scooter in December and my child used it in April, we live in NY and had winter season. It was used 3 times and the drive belt broke. I would not recommend this product. Very disappointing!

We ordered 2 of these for our kids for Xmas because the price was so low as compared to the other brands of electric scooters. Our kids loved them, then one day 1 wouldn't go anymore. We called the company and went through some techniques to see if we could fix it but we couldn't, they asked for us to email a copy of the receipt just to show it was within warranty and no questions asked they sent a new scooter. My daughter was thrilled to have her scooter back and we were thrilled with the customer service. It is hard to find a company that stands behind their product like this. I will buy more from this company in the future and will recommend to others!

Bought this for my 9 yr old son and he likes it a lot. One comment, it worked better on flat roads. Not really well on off road.

Purchased 5 for my grandchildren for Christmas, they have not been able to ride them 5 different times due to the belts broke. This is the poorest quality scooter made. You should send an additional belt with them, since they're so poorly made. I am totally disappointed.
