Not Happy with it.
The items are not what I expected. They are very cheaply made and whatever they are filled with seems to be coming through the fabric. I was not at all pleased with this item. I gave them both away as I was not

Excellent. Good value.
I bought two for my 87 year old father who has been experiencing minor shoulder pain. Too soon to tell if he will get any pain relief but he does report how good it feels and repeatedly uses it. Made of durable quilted and re-forced material. Just heat for 1/12 mins for 15 to 30 minutes of heat. Should also work well for stiff necks, and upper back soreness.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
