Grand Resort  Thomas 4 Pc. Casual Seating Set

I am pleased with the look of the furniture and it was easy to put together, but am very disappointed in the cushions. The cushions started to noticeably fade in 2 months and after one summer and winter without being covered, the fabric started to disintegrate and was completely faded and tacky to the touch. We had to throw away the cushions and now I can't find replacement cushions in the same size. If you get this, keep the cushions covered!

The furniture itself was nice, but the cushion color they sent was not the stone as pictured. Instead, it was a mustard-orange color and was quite unattractive. We returned it. YUCK!

absolutely easy to assemble. it came in a HUGE box because everything was basically done, all i needed to do was to assemble the table and put the seating cushions together. Looks great on my patio!

We bought this set online and was not sure about the quality or the color. The color is definitely more to the gold side and not neutral which I had hoped for. The set was assembled except for the table which was easy to put together. We are using this set on a front porch and it really stands out from the road. We only had one problem and that was one of the pillows was missing the button on both sides. I called the 866 number and spoke with a very nice man. He advised that the shipments come from overseas and it would be up to 8 weeks to receive another pillow. Even though the set can still be used, it is disappointing that no-one saw that problem which stood out like a sore thumb. The set is well made and worth the money.

Love the look of this furniture, but quality was HORRIBLE. Legs on chair were broken, there was a HUGE crack in back of loveseat and NOTHING was level. Table did not fit together. Called sears for a full refund--WHAT A HASSLE!!! Ended up exchanging it for a set that is a little more expensive but hopefully better quality.

We are very happy with our 4-pc seating set. I was hesitant to purchase it without being able to see it or sit on it. However, the furniture is very comfortable and well built. The color is neutral, so it blends with the rest of my deck furniture very well. I looked at many sets before deciding on this one and it is a great value for the price!

This set is so beautiful and looks like a high end set...it is a steal! The table needed to be assembled but was super easy. The chairs and sofa are so beautiful, sturdy, and so comfortable! We have received so many compliments on the patio furniture. My only wish is for an option to purchase 2 more chairs or the sofa.

Our patio set weathered beautifully thru the winter and has given us another summer of joyful gatherings dining on the deck. The color meshes well with everything, all the flowers I planted and the table decor. We love our oasis patio set

The set came in with the table missing all screws. Called Sears, have to email Sears online, then Sears online sent me to the vendor, Yotrio. Yotrio closed on weekends and very difficult to do a parts missing list. The cast iron is cheap, and none of the chairs sit level. The cushions are nice, altho it rained last night and they sort of stained from the mist.
