Overall
2 out of three ain't bad...

The brush and spatula are awesome, and function very well, however the tongs are flimsy and don't grab real well.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Would be better but....

This set is really nice, I love them. The only issue I have is that the tongs SUCK! They have a hard time picking anything more than a hotdog up.

Good construction, solid feel

A very decent BBQ set.  Pleasant to use.

What could be better?  The arms of the tongs could be stiffer, giving a more solid grip on heavier items like steaks.  The flex in the arms makes higher grip tensions difficult and therefore clumsy. This could probably be achieved by stamping a rib in the forward part of the arms, with no additional materials cost (same concept as an I-beam, if you're familiar with construction).

Minor niggle - the "Made in China" stickers use adhesive that is VERY unpleasant to remove.

I also would have paid a few dollars more to have had this set made in the USA.  Perhaps you should consider rebranding from Kenmore to "Chenmore" if you're going to continue this.
