They do start out stiff but I have had the same pair for the last 6 years and wear them 5 days a week. They are a good shoe for the money. I am just now thinking of getting a new pair. .

MY SHOES FELL APART
I purchased these shoes twice. The first go around they were great, lasted a long time. The second time around, not so great. The sole came apart and Ive only had these shoes maybe one month. I would love to try them out again but I will not pay for another pair, I am so dissappointed.

This shoe is very light, doesn't mark or scuff easy, and takes a GREAT shine! Very comfortable, breathes well, and has a nice heel that protects your feet from sharp objects. Price has never gone above 50 bucks since I have been buying them. I have been wearing my most recent pair for about 3 years, and they still look, and feel GREAT! Told fellow officers about this shoe and several have purchased, and made it their shoe of choice as well. I buy mine two, or three at a time just in case they discontinue them for whatever reason. Check back often on for savings. Paid $30.00(Shoe) and $35.00(Boot) the last time I purchased. Bought 3 pairs that time(2 shoe, and 1 boot), and the total was just over a hundred bucks!

comfortable but doesnt hold up
Im in appliance repair at resturants, so shoes get some abuse. They were real comfortable but after about 6 months the sole peeled right off. My experience is glueing it back on wont last long. Time to find some better shoes.

I bought these shoes becaus sears home services required black shoes. They left black marks on customers floors and the sole tore away from the shoe after about 6 months of gentle use. these are not worth trying on. they are very inexpensive for work shoes. You get what you pay for with these shoes.

these shoes start out a bit stiff, they need to be broken in and wrinkled up, which with these takes some time, after breaking in, they seem to provide fairly good support, I'm self employed, doing various work on my feet, they provide good support and comfort to suit my purpose, they may not be suitable for every body, but, for my purpose, they seem to fit and work, I'll buy another pair after I wear out these shoes
