This is a great middle of the way swing set. Not huge enough to be worried about the little ones on, but not small enough to get bored with. My son is 3 and he has been outside on this swingset everyday since we built it. Would probably take someone 6 hours straight if you really had all 4 people it recommends. My husband and I did it 2 hours every day for 4 nights. First the sandbox, posts, and supports, second the play house, third the swing and arm extension, forth the roof. I built the roof structure inside one day- which made it go faster. Well, so far looks better than the neighbors and will be easy to take off the arm and move when we relocate. :) Hope this helps.

We researched so many swing sets for our now 3 and 1 year old children and couldn't imaging that a manufacture would be so negligent in the type of hardware it used. We have had this set for about a year now and initially we were pleased other than the fact that it was smaller than we thought it would be, the kids loved it. We chose it because it was so cute and at a good price point. In the owner's manual it states that each station (slide, ladder and swing) can hold up to 100 lbs to total 300 lbs. My 3 year old is only 40 lbs. During the process of swinging the friction of the carabiners and the hooks caused them to saw completely through launching my child trough the air when it broke landing on her head. PLEASE it's not worth it to risk the safety of your child on this product.

This swingset is not that bad. it is very time consuming to assemble. Drawbacks are that the wood is not drilled out quite well, the flooring does not match up where it needs to be(the wood split whee that happened, which pushed one of the pillars out and I had to get a new bolt. it is a perfect size for the house that i live in. my 9 year old loves it and can swing on the swing no problem. my 4 year old loves it as well. slide is a perfect size. overall not to bad

I spent days comparing plastic and wooden playstructures; I decided on this one because it delivers the most fun for its compact size. Nothing else fit a swing, sandbox, slide, and playhouse in an 8'x9' footprint. In comparison, the best bang for your buck. My husband has trouble following printed directions, and was only able to get the sandbox together. So we worked together and were able to put the whole thing together in several hours. We used the included tools as well as power tools. The wood split in a couple of places because of knots in the grain, but it still appears to hold the bolts. The sandbox boards are a little warped so they bow a little in length of the board. We plan on putting a plastic tarp in for the sand, anyway, so not a big deal. The parts were all labeled and accounted for. Overall, a rewarding project for a Saturday morning. Our boys, ages 23 months and 4 years, were thrilled with the finished product. There is just enough room for both of them. The playhouse is really cute with opening shutters and a window box planter. They love those features, and gleefully rode the slide. The slide is just long enough to be fun. They both tried out the swing; the 4-year-old feels more comfortable on it, but his feet touch the ground. The plastic chain covers make it difficult to adjust the swing, but I think if the plastic were cut, the chain could be shortened and the swing could sit higher. The boys have already enjoyed many hours of fun on this, and they want to invite a friend to come and play. I think it will be a little tight for 3 kids, but I'm sure they will still have fun. I would recommend this playset if you have 1 or 2 kids and a small yard.

Just got this and set it up this last weekend. It took three guys and about eight hours to assemble. It's great for a small child with a small yard, and he absolutely loves it. A few things I would like to mention, however. 1. Once assembled, tons (one for each slat of wood) of little round stickers on each part (used for assembly), very sticky glue on the back, and very difficult to remove. There are still torn off pieces of sticker all over the playset because we couldn't get them all the way off. 2. The slide is not that stable. Don't take it for a joyride. Two adults went down it for fun, and the slide buckled on the second one. Thankfully it didn't break it, but it did leave two light yellow marks on either side of the slide where it bent down. 3. Another biggy we realized after we bought it was that the sandbox doesn't have a cover, and we have a lot of cats around here in our neighborhood that might want to use it for an outhouse. Now we are left trying to find a cover for it, and hoping maybe the manufacturer has one (probably not). We are still glad we bought it, however. Great product for the money.

The set is made of low quality wood and stained to look like redwood. Many areas are not stained as should be and the stain is more like a thin layer that was painted on that scrapes off very easily. I would reccomend buying a can of stain and restaining if you want it to last in the elements for more than a couple of years. It is also very very small, the photo is very misleading and I think intentionally they have not listed the dimensions on the description page. Low quality, made in China and very small. That sums it up.

Called to ask measurements was told 8 ft tall but top of playhouse ony 6 foot, top of swing is 5 foot, so it's smaller than expected but is very well built. we plan to build on to it next year to accomidate for childs growth. Very Sturdy

Decided on this structure because I mainly like the fort. Out of all the ones that I have seen, the fort itself seems fun because it is semi enclosed. Figured my son would like it best. The structure is small. The top of the swing I would estimate at 5'-5'2". I purchased this because I didn't want a structure to take up too much space in my yard. If you have a small yard this is for you. I only have 2 kids both under 2 now. I think that it is good for kids ages 2-5 max. Like I said it is small and kids will outgrow it. I already assume that most kids will grow out of it by age 5 or so. The slide is supposed to be about 5 feet long but I think it's a little shorter. I am going to purchase a infant-toddler swing as this swing is for older kids and sits really close to the grown. Should be fun when they are older. If you are hoping for a swing set that you (an adult) can play with, this is not the one for you. I was sad to see that but got over it cuz I realized I am not a kid! haha! =) Structure Stats: -Assembled size as: L 127in x W93in x H75 5/8 in. The height I think is the highest part of the roof of the fort itself. -The top of the swing I would estimate at 5'-5'2". -would hold 3 kids, 80lbs each max. ages 3-8

I bought this for my 4 year old son and 3 year old daughter. It is not as big as I thought it was going to be. The size is not listed on the website but it is 10x10x9. It is all wood and pretty easy to build. For the price point it is perfect!!
