The first time that I ordered my merchandise I received someone else's merchandise. I returned the other persons merchandise but no one bothered to try & locate my package that was unaccounted for. Your company didn't bother to look for my merchandise but just wanted me to re-order it , that is if you still had it in stock. I called to re-order only to be told by one of your reps that I would have to pay full price & couldn't use my points for my order. I had to call back again and re-order my merchandise after the point were refunded. This has been such a bad experience that I will never & I do me never will order anything from you again..... When someone calls to get customer service from a company & they never get to speak to an American on the phone that upset me as well.... They can never understand me & I can never understand them..... It was a major language barrier when I called your company for help.....
