Morton salt works well in the hybrid water softener

I bought a Hybrid water softener from Sears back in January.  It needs salt pellets for the softener to work properly.  Sears sells the Morton salt in 40lb bags.  The Morton product is what was recommended for the water softener so I picked some of this up.  The salt in the bag comes in oblong chips that are about an inch long.  I've been using this in my water softener for over 6 months now, and it has been working great.  I haven't had any issues with salt dams, and the water coming out of the softener has been fantastic.    I will get this product again when I start to run low.

Always use Morton Salt Pellets in my softner, was very pleased to find that I could order them online at Sears and just go pick them up.
