Directions: Do not take more than directed (see liver warning). Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Take 2 caplets every 6 hours while symptoms last; do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours. Children Under 12 Years: Do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage. Store at 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C).Ingredients: Active Ingredient (in Each Caplet): Acetaminophen (500 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba Wax (May Contain One or More of These Ingredients), Croscarmellose Sodium (May Contain One or More of These Ingredients), Hypromellose, Polyethylene Glycol, Povidone, Sodium Metabisulfite, Sodium Starch Glycolate (May Contain One or More of These Ingredients), Starch, Stearic Acid (May Contain One or More of These Ingredients).

Smart Sense Acetaminophen, 500 mg, Extra Strength, I picked these up the other day after talking to my pharmacist there. I couldn't find Tylenol and he suggested these. Tylenol is getting harder to get, so it was worth a try. We are very pleased, they work fine and are much cheaper.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Just like Tylenol!
I caught these on sale a few weeks ago and they work great! Seriously, they work just as well as the Tylenol brand and at a fraction of the price. While im always pleased with smart sense products, is one exceeded my expectations by far. ....it helped make my stressful Christmas shopping get finished with much less of a headache this year!

It works!
I am always cautious about trying generic medicine. This product really did help as much as other leading brands and it costs a lot less. I was very happy and relieved. It brought down my husband's fever quickly. It has helped with my headaches. I was pleaseantly surprised.
