Directions: Please read all instructions and warnings before use. Additional warnings are included in the package insert. To reduce the risk of burns, fire and personal injury, this product must be used in accordance with the use instructions and warnings. To Activate Heat Pack: 1. Flex metal disc back and forth inside heat pack to activate solution. 2. Feel heat pack reach therapeutic temperature within 60 seconds. 3. Apply heat pack to desired area. Use fabric pouch to target heat therapy. To Re-Set Heat Pack: 1. Bring water to boil in a pot and place a cloth inside the bottom of the pot. 2. Carefully place the heat pack on the cloth inside the pot and boil in rolling water until all crystals dissolve. Approximately 12-15 minutes. 3. Remove the heat pack from the pot and let cool to room temperature before using again. For continuous relief of past-acute injuries and added convenience, have a pair of heat packs on hand.
