Excellent Running Shoes
I had a problem with my foot and my doctors told me to get a running shoe. He recommended going to "The Running Store" which I knew will cost me $200 or more. I took a chance and went to Kmart instead and bought this shoe. Amazing!!!! Felt like I was running on cushions. The pain in my foot is gone! I'm going back to buy a second pair for my wife. Great product!

Comfortable, Durable, and Flexible
What can I say about this shoe? Wow! First, I got a good deal on it. I got this pair and my wife got hers which is the women's version for half off. The shoe fits a lot like the Nike Free Runners. They are true to size. I wear a 10 and it is definately a 10. The sole has a lot of cushion, gives your foot a lot flexibility, a nice toe box, and is really comfortable. My foot doesn't slide around at all. I run 2.5 miles a day on my treadmill at home and they are wearing like any other Nike shoe I own. I like this shoe so much I'm going to buy a second pair just because you can't beat the price and who knows when they will pull this model. I'd recommend this shoe for working out at the gym, running on a track or just at home on a treadmill. When I buy shoes I normally replace the soles with a custom orthotic, however it wasn't needed because the sole actually had some cushion in it for once. Good job K-Mart for carrying a good quality shoe for an unbeatable price! Get yourself a pair or 2 and find out for yourself.

Minimalist shoe for a fraction of the price
The Catapult flexible shoe is a minimalist style shoe. It isn't a full blown minimalist shoe like some other shoes on the market, but it is very similar to the Reebok Realflex or early Nike Free models. The Catapult shoe is a great transitional shoe for someone interested in minimalist running. The shoe is lightweight and very flexible. Its flexibility allows your foot to move through a much more natural range of motion than most running shoes on the market. The shoe is very comfortable and does offer some good cushioning, but not so much that your foot's range of motion is excessively limited. The quality of the shoe looks good from first appearance, but I can't speak for the quality of the shoe yet. I haven't had it long enough to say one way or another. The shoe appears to frequently be on sale. For the price I paid for it I could have purchased 5 of these just to equal the price of one of the name brand minimalist shoes. I am very pleased with my purchase.
