Basic Editions  Women's Dakota Vulcanized A-Line - White

I have purchased these shoes for many years, I am a little disappointed in the ones that I have purchased for the last two years, the rubber around the sides and bottoms do not last.

They do not even rate one star now. I was so disappointed in these. I've bought them for years and years but this year after just one week I realized that the insoles hadn't even been stitched in.. just some kind of weak glue holds the cloth to the thin foam insert.. they move all over, you can't comfortably wear the shoe without the cloth because the foam feels so tacky. They're not even worth the price on sale. I used to love these shoes. Whoever is making them now needs to be fired.

KMART NEVER STOP SELLING THESE PLEASE!!! I adore my white ones and wear them to death. I love the softness and the lightweight comfort. I wear them with skinny ankle jeans and with my bermuda shorts. I even wear them with casual skirts. I find them to be true to size and they wash well. (I don't put mine in the dryer.) You just can't beat the price. I like that there are good color choices. But it would be fun to add more colors to this line-I'd buy them all!

I have these basic editions shoes and black and they are so comortable. You can wear them with almost any outfit and they look very fashionable. Im a teenager and I find these to be very up-to-date ! I would like to go and buy these in more colors, and they are very cheap :)

I love these shoes! They are very convenient to wear with any outfit. I purchased the white ones so they pretty much go with anything! They work for summer or fall time. The shoes are also very comfortable. They are not cheaply made and stay new after several wears. I am happy with my purchase!!

I have worn this style shoe from Kmart for years and years, ever since Kmart first offered them. I live a casual lifestyle in SW Florida and these shoes goes with everything except formal wear. I wear these shoes all year round since SW Florida is hardly ever cold, but I wear them in the Florida version of cold too. I try to buy them in all the colors that are offered besides white. When they start getting ratty and get actual holes in them, then I still wear them as sandals, only around the house and in the yard of course..... LOL. The competition stores try to copy this shoe style but not as nicely styled as these. For a better value, I try to buy them on sale. As other reviewers have stated, these are machine washable and I air dry them. Also, the size does vary.... I don't always take a 9, sometimes I take 8 1/2 , depending on when and where they were produced. Like I said, I have worn these shoes for years, starting when I still live in Michigan before my move to Florida. Kmart....please keep this style forever.

Just comfortable. I slip these on when I want a nice, easy to wear shoe. They are great for quick trips to the supermarket or working in the yard. I have washed them in the washing machine and air dried them when they got a little dirt on them. I try to buy a few pair of these each summer because I wear them so much.

Good to wear if you've hurt your ankle or foot in some manner.

I had been looking for shoes like this all summer long, but could never find them.  I found these, and they were on sale.  They are pretty comfortable.  I didn't have a problem with the size either.  The elastic that goes over the top of your foot feels a little tight the first couple times you wear them, but eventually it forms to your foot and feels great.  I never feel like they'll fall off when I walk, or like they're too tight.
