Overall
Pam Butter Flavor!

My wife and I both use this product when we cook and bake. We both like the quality of the cooking spray. It works. It keep are food from sticking to the pan and it keeps the food from burning too. This product is expensive but it last so such a long time that it makes up for the initial purchase price.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
