Product Description

Kills: Fleas; ticks; mosquitoes; flea eggs for up to 30 days. Repels fleas and ticks for up to 30 days. 3 monthly treatments. Pro-cision Flo applicator. For direct-to-skin application. Kills all stage of the flea life cycle.

Directions: It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire label before use. Use only on dogs or on puppies 12 weeks of age or older. Do not use on dogs or puppies weighing 4 lbs. or less. 1. Remove one applicator tube from package and hold in an upright position pointed away from your face. 2. Twist dispensing tip clockwise about 1/2 turn while pushing down to break the tube's seal. Do not remove dispensing tip. 3. Position the dispensing tip on the dog's back between the shoulder blades. Use the dispensing tip of the tube to part the dog's hair so that the product will be applied at skin level. Begin squeezing out the contents of the tube to form a stripe as you move from the shoulder blades along the dog's back to the base of the tail. 4. Repeat every month. Storage and Disposal: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal. Pesticide Storage: Keep this product in its tightly closed original container, when not in use. Store in a cool, dry (preferably locked) area that is inaccessible to children and animals. Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Container Disposal: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill container. If Empty; Offer tor recycling if available. If Partly Filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Phenothrin (85.7%), (S)-Methoprene (2.3%). Other Ingredients: (12.0%), Total (100.0%).

It works!

Haven't seen a flee on either of my two dogs. Love it!  As far as the other reviews on this flea product go I have never heard of Hartz brand killing any dogs or cats until now. If it were proven that it did and the FDA knew about it would NOT be on the shelves anymore. Now it could have causes a skin reaction because what one animal can tolerate another might not be able to. You could also get a flea product from the vet and your pet could get reactions from it no matter how safe it is because every animal is different. That being said, from my own personal experience I have been using Hartz brand for many years on different dogs that I have owned and fortunately have never had any problems whatsoever. Everyone should just use their own best judgment.

Doesn't work like it says!!!!
I've actually tried all of the hertz flea drops because I've had different weight of dogs. It will work for 1-3 days I can see some difference but it's suppose to kill all fleas and give protection for at least a month and it doesn't. Its convenient due to the price but not worth seeing my babies suffering when its suppose to work.

BEWARE MY DOG HAS SUPER SENSITIVE SKIN BROKE HIM OUT WOULDNT USE ON ANYTHING I CARE ABOUT

Go to hartzvictims 'dot' org to find out all the horror stories this poisonous product has caused. It killed my friend's dog.
