Mead  Spiral® Bound Notebooks

Mead Spiral Bound Notebooks are very handy. I usually buy them on sale at the beginning of the school year. I give them to our grandchildren for school and keep a few around to keep notes in. I used to use them as a diary, but have done away with that. We do use them when we are traveling, to keep track of gas, miles and expenditures. Great handy notebook.

Mead Spiral Bound Notebooks are a great product. Mead makes wonderful school supplies. In particular, they make this great product. These notebooks stay together without the wires at the ends coming undone. They also are of great quality. The sheets do not rip at all when tearing them out of the notebooks.

I am giving Mead Spiral Bound Notebooks four stars instead of five stars for one reason: these are the 70-count ones. I prefer the larger size. However, I know that in some cases, this size is the best. It's just my preference, I suppose. Of course, I might prefer this size if the notebooks didn't hold up so well. They are really good quality. One would think in this day and time quality of these would decline due to the conditions, etc. But they haven't. If anything, they have gotten much better. Mead is the best.

Mead Spiral Bound Notebooks are nice. My children used to use part of a notebook for class, and when that class was over, they'd just dump the notebook. I had no idea, and when I discovered this, they caught ****. LOL. You don't waste things at my house! So, I taught them to tear out what they had used and use the rest. But since these notebooks come in 70-sheets, this is ideal for them. They like the Mead brand as well because the paper rips out easily from the notebook and does not tear.

I love these notebooks and during back to school shopping the prices at Kmart are great.

I always pick up extras.

 As a student, I use notebooks all the time, usually more than ten a year. Therefore, I have stocked up on a lot of different notebooks. We have all heard of mead, but I found this particular product to be slightly annoying. The pages are very loosely attached to the rings, and I've found out that the rip out quite easily (I've lost a few important pages and assignments this way).

Also, the price here on K-mart is a bit on the expensive side, since I've bought notebooks for a dime before, and much higher quiality notebooks for a quarter or two. If you need a notebook for simple primary school or to jot notes in, this is useful, but I suggest looking at other stores first.

This a very common notebook found in almost any store you can think of. But for this price, no way. Usually I can find these for about a dime a piece, and when its back to school time, Staples usually has them for a penny.

I love to stock up on these mead notebooks for school when they're on sale because the kids use them up in school, and whenever they don't use them they bring them back home and I can use them for writing personal notes in. I'm also a teacher so I love to use the note books for different subjects for my personal notetaking for planning future class projects. I would recommend stocking up on several throughout the year because you can save a lot of money in the long run by stocking up and they're uses go way beyond just school subjects. I also like to get many different colors just so I can organize the subjects by color easier. When I purchase them I usually purchase them in large amounts so that I have enough to last the kids the entire year, plus I have plenty to keep for various uses. I would recommend others to purchase them in bulk also as they will be put to many different uses.
