Safety 1st security gate is more than just for children
I don't have small children and even my grandchildren are big enough not to need this safety gate. However, having said that, I do have two dogs. I like to keep inside doors open in my house, but I don't necessariy want the dogs in those rooms. During the winter especially when I am trying to get heat from the fireplace into these other rooms, I have to keep the doors open. This Safety 1st security gate works great to allow the warm air into adjoining rooms without the dogs having access. The price is reasonable for my needs and I am so glad I thought outside the box to use this gate for other than its intended purpose.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
