Great product at a great price!!

I was a litte nervous about purchasing a product that wasnt rated yet, but Im glad I took the risk. Installation was a bit of a pain in the butt only because I had an old kitchen aid model and the hookups were different, plus sears sold me the wrong installation kit. But once it was finally in, my dishes have never been cleaner. I really like the sanitize feature. It is alot more quiet than my last dishwasher. The dryer could be bit better, dishes are not completley dried at the end of the cycle, but Im still very happy with it overall.

Don't buy this if you use stemware
The top basket of this machine does not allow enough height for stemware with the exception of very short stems. I made the mistake of assuming that today all new dishwashers would take stemmed glasses. At least they could have provided a device for the lower level to hold the stems.

Great machine for the price

I like everything about this dishwasher except for the heated dry feature. Some dishes,mainly plastic, still have drops of water on them. It cleans well . I love the quick wash feature! It can clean a lightly soiled load in about 20 min.It also runs much quieter than my old dishwasher. I also like that I can set it to delay wash up to eight hours. Was easy to install too. My husband and I did it ourselves in a couple of hours! I am quite happy with my choice...and I researched a LOT of diswashers before choosing this one.

not the best bang for your buck

This model fell through the cracks folks. It looks and feels like the other 4 models just like it differant brands. On top of that the main motor unit binding up tripping the overload right away. The repair was correct and in timely manner. Trying to search your site for any kind of diagnostic help I found to be impossible.

This product has many great features

Our new Matag JetClean plus dishwasher is a great value. The dishes come out very clean and steam sanitized. We really like the quietness of the motor. Would recommend Matag dishwasher to those wanting a dependable machine at a value price.

Exceeded my expectations!

High quality product. Dishes are clean and spot free! When using heated dry cycle, leaves no residue or spots without having to use a rinse aid! Very quiet! Steam sanitize is wonderful option for canning jars! Interior size holds all pots, pans, plates, silverware, utensils, bowls and glassware when making a large meal for eight people! My only complaint is the silverware slots are too small for my silverware as mine are very wide. So we just use the baskets without the slotted covers. Installation was very easy, with excellent instructions to follow and I am a woman who installed it! Fits beautifully under the counter and has kick plate whichis tight to the floor which keeps dirt from getting under the unit.
