Works!
If you ever wondered how the cowboys played poker in the saloons back in the old days, light up a couple of these and see if you can read the face of the guy across the table.
These are actually not as bright or practical as the originals, but they are fun just the same. Hang them on your patio and create an ambiance and light up the deck with subdued lighting too. They produce enough light to read if you are very close to the lantern, but it would be more for novelty than practicality.
These use kerosene. Do not put gasoline or alcohol in them ore you will have a 5-alarm fire on your hands.
This is an excellent price for these lanterns and they really do work. They are absolutely wind and rain proof and are something of a marvel to behold to see that flame keep going even in the worst of weather.

Directions says dont fill past half way line.. ok did that but still leaked like no tomorrow. Not worth the trip to return.

I got these because i was having a glamping themed party (glamorous camping). These are more for decoration, if you want a higher quality one, go on Etsy, and get a vintage one.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
