Don't have one, but know of it January 08, 2010
People these days...
It's running an ARM processor, of course you can't run IE7/8/9, or new Windows software. Want to run that stuff, then buy an x86 laptop/netbook. Intel Atom, perhaps? (Ew...)
Windows CE, not bad, but not good. It will get the job done.
Your iPhone can pull up pages faster? Well, Kmart, Price check? iPhone $300+, this small laptop/netbook 149$.. yes... you've won the I.T. award.. *claps* good comparison.
If you want a small, cheap netbook, that gets you online, isn't a hassle (as long as you do what it says it can do), is basic, this is an ok buy. Or if you are a Linux user, you should have fun w/ this.
No CD-ROM? Does your cellphone have a CD-ROM? How about your digital camera? Small size, you try fitting a drive into it. And about the small HardDrive (flash), it isn't for storing large files, it's for the internet. Not a desktop replacement.
Want more storage? Use a thumb drive, that way you can swap files back and forth from desktop to netbook.
Cons:
Should have Linux preinstalled, but that would bring more whining from buyers.. Don't know about the support of company.
Pros:
Out of the ordinary processor, simple, cheap, gets you online, write documents, email, internet stuff (hence netbook...)
If you want to run the latest games, or something more demanding, use a desktop, or laptop made for it.
Netbook, internet... it's in the name.. get it right.. You can't buy a PS3 game, and expect it to work in your Wii.
(In the process of buying one soon. I know a good deal when I see it)

delstar netbook is junk July 19, 2010
Pros:
not good,................ are you serious!Cons:
cheap made unknown brand,NO CD-ROM,not good, junkthis netbook i was hoping would just be something i would use at home other than my pc. i recieved it and immediatly i knew there was going to be a problem. first it needed a patch for youtube. and thats when it all began. it wouldnt boot up after shut down. you had to remove the battery to get it to work. then mi wifi programming was gone. it kept asking for a usb drive name. so i called and they said send it to us. if we cant fix it we will send you andother one. 4 emails later with no response i called. i was told i would have it the following week. wrong. still no reply from any emails. do not buy this. the netbook and delstar are both junk. would not recommend this to my dog as a chew toy.
tech savvyGood for on the go surfing the internet. February 23, 2010
Pros:
Wi-FiCons:
If u know what it is, then NONE!Look, its plain and simple, it is made for one thing and one thing only. The internet. Nothing else. Yes you can write up some documents and stuff like that but the purpose of this Netbook is simply the internet. Don't expect one of the higher dollar netbooks that you can get from hp or asus.
If your looking for something to use at home, don't get it. Why? Obviously if you use it at home you will run into situations were you will want to do certain tasks that this machine simply can't do. (i.e. load pictures, play games, etc.) It would be better to get a real desktop or laptop for use at home.
Now if you are looking for something to take with you someplace and be able to access alot of progams and other things then don't get this. Why? It is a stripped down laptop or even netbook for that matter, that will pretty much not run any of your programs. So don't expect to be able to use then internet to get onto a sight that has any sort add-on to run. So things like toolbars, or even flash for that matter. (Yes you can't play flash games or anything like that)
You should buy this only if you either have a child, and you want to give them their first laptop (talking in the range of 6yrs - 12yrs) or if you find instances where you are somewhere that has wifi, and you think it would be nice to get on the internet and look something up. So examples would be to look up friends on facebook, twitter what your doing, look up your sports teams and what they scored, look up pictures of some sort, check out online auctions, and etc.
Plain and simple don't expect anything more then a simplified internet experience. Hope this helped.
