Great Exercise for Gaming
The Kinect itself is a really great addition to the xbox360 and with this bundle you can buy it all in one go. The Kinect senses your body movements and can be used as a controller so that you are hands free and it really detects your movements well so that playing sports games are quite realistic. The first time I played the beach volleyball game, it got my heart racing just from the jumping, serving, and smashing of the ball

I got this at the request of my adult son. We have had a blast. It really is neat how it picks up your moves. It has gotten me off the couch more. It takes a while to set up everything, but once you do - it's fabulous. I enjoy the Adventure game that came with it. Takes your pictures while playing - such a fun family game.

I love this system!! I bought it for my husband &6 kids ,but I endend up loving it also. All of my kids can us it too. Ages 12 -3 we are getting in shape while having fun & doing it together. My mom even had a great time using the bowling game & dance central !!! I think anyone can use it it is so much fun.
