    BUYING THE PS3 TO GO ALONG WITH OUR 42" LG TV WAS A GREAT CHOICE. THE PS3 HAS EVERYTHING U WANT FROM BEING ABLE TO LOOK ONLINE, PLAY ONLINE, PRINT, AND I LOVE HOW IT HAS A ZOOM BUTTON :) I ALSO LOVE HOW YOU CAN STICK A FLASH DRIVE AND STORE MOVIES IN IT TOO.

    With free online play,cd/dvd and blu ray out of the box and little big planet to start with it's a great value. 

    You might burn through that 250GB faster than expected as some ps3 games install up to 5 GB and of course the downloadable content for games and digital bite size games. That and even though it says 250GB not all 250GB are usable. 

    The solution is to grab a 2.5 inch sata hdd here on ****** of the 500-640GB size and swap the drives...sony designed 
    ps3 so anyone could do this though you will need a flash reader /writer with a mem card containing the latest firmware. 

    Go to sony's ps3 site and download the latest firmware using the flash card and reader /writer-you'll also need to 
    create a file for the firmware to be read from on the memory card-it's all on you tube. I just love this console

    This has become the center of our entertainment system. I use for video games (of course), but my wife is the real fan of all of it other features. It's the best Blu-ray player on the market still, but more so, I have converted my favorite dvd's to didgital files, and store them directly on my PS3 (pc required for this). Also store my entire music collection and use it whenever we have a party. Internet Browser, Digital Video store, and media center capabile! What else could you want!
