Excellent! December 30, 2008
Our daughter received this TV from Santa. It is light weight, takes up very little room, (can easily fit on a dresser), & the picture is excellent. (The sound is not that great.)We have yet to use the built in DVD player. For the price we paid, (below $170 & shipping was only $9.99), it is worth it.

Emerson 19" LCD DTV?DVD February 02, 2009
First of all we did not get the proper owners manual, we got the one for the 15" Sylvania, The sound will not play loud enough to hear anywhere except right on top of the TV & we cannot find out if external speakers will work due to not having a proper owners manual. Would appreicate the correct one or at least instructions on how to increase sound. Other than that a few scratches is the only thing we saw.

Easy to hookup,Easy to Use,Picture Quality,Value for Money,Design,LightweightWe were looking to get an extra tv for one of the bedrooms when we came across this Combo. We weren't planning on buying a combo but when we saw the price...it was a no brainer. Naturally, with the price so cheap, we weren't expecting too much. However, we were so satisfied that we purchased a second one. I don't know anything about electronics but was able to get this up and going without even reading the manual. I just hooked it up to the cable & then plugged it in. The picture is great and the DVD works terrific. The grandkids love the way the DVD goes in & out from the top. Since this is a review I will say that the sound is not as good as our other tv's. But really..when you pay $119.00 for a LCD/DVD Combo you are not going to get stereo. So, for an extra tv you can't go wrong. Where else can you find a Combo this size for the price?

Sound QualityThis is the perfect size tv for our guest room. It's sleek and slim and the picture looks great. The sound is ok not outstanding. The dvd player works just fine, too. the remote came with batteries and I didn't have to do any setup stuff. Just plugged it in and hooked up the cable and I was good to go. I would definitely recommend this for the price! I got free shipping and the total I paid was 137 for a combo tv/dvd player that is a GREAT DEAL!

Sound QualityThis television seems to be pretty good so far. Using with a roof mounted antenna. The price for a 19" Combo can't be beat. For a bedroom television it is great. The tuner is a little slow changing on DTV, but functions well. If available the info button provides both the title of the show and a description of the episode. I hope it performs well for a long time. The sound quality is a little weak, but you can't expect a home theater in a small television.
