    Cons:
    can be noisy

    Yes, it is a little noisy but who cares?  Even a quieter blender would still make noise.  The key is, it works great and nice enough to leave on the counter.

    I like the fact that the glass is thick and does not have that cheap green look to it.  Pulverizes fast and furious.

    Ingredient fill too loose

    This is a wonderful, easy to use blender that is almost perfect for our needs. It's super-powerful motor chops, blends and dissolves ice better than I had hoped for. Preprogrammed buttons makes it easy to use and it shuts off automatically after the selected task is done. It makes wonderful smoothies.

    I would have given it five stars except that the small rubber ingredient fill plug is lose on the lid and has to be held down to avoid leaks.

    Annother problem was KMart's slow shipping, which took a full week to get there.
