    A must for any kitchen.

    Convection oven cooking is a great way to cook. The meat cooks faster than a regular kitchen oven. The meat is also very jucy. It browns the meat well also.

    When reheating pizza the crust got a little hard but otherwise it was better than a microwave. I also tried baking a cake, it was evenly browned and a good height. The cake also baked a lot faster than in a conventional oven.

    All in all, like most of the Oster products I've owned, the quality and long life appears to also apply to this convection oven.

    A must for any kitchen.

    I purchased the above after first buying a low-end toaster oven that must have been made for Third World countries, i.e., one heat element so it only toasted on one side! As a Christian, I am conscious of how I spent my limited income and often find unexplainable bargains. Such was the case the day I returned the cheaper toaster oven. There on the shelf was the above appliance marked down $20 from the regular selling price but seemingly with no flaws except that the box had been opened and returned. One impressive feature for me is that it's a perfect size for small kitchen counter space like mine, yet has an extension at the back that allows me to bake a 12-inch pizza in it for my grandsons. It does it all - from toasting my breakfast bagel to broiling a fish fillet for lunch to baking a pan of biscuits for supper. I rarely have to use my range's oven.
