your best bet for a deep fryer
I have purpose several different fryers in the past. This is the best overall. I use it for chicken, fries, onion rings, egg rolls and all types of seafood. Everything comes out golden and cook fully. The only catch when using a electronic fryer is using peanut oil. Your food will not be greasy and tasteless.

why the magnet?
The plug connects the deep fryer by magnet and the metal pieces keep falling off. everything else works real well but ive bought two and wont buy again after returning it

Hamilton Beach 8Cup Oil Capacity Deep Fryer
used it twice and so far it's given me no problems. Wished it had a line on the side to let you know where 350 degrees is (most recipes call for this temp)--so its hard to guess where it would be (dont want oil too cold/warm) but other than that it's awesome!
