Hamilton Beach  5 Qt. Portable Slow Cooker with Bonus Warmer

I really like this slow cooker. The size is just right for me. I had a smaller one but this one will be getting more use. I like the fact of the warmer for gravy or sauces or whatever your like. No problems at all and not hard to clean.

This slow cooker works awesome to cook pot roast, chili, soups, and B-BQ's. I love the warmer. I can take it wherever I go and bring along my favorite foods. Its so handy and portable. It keeps the food nice and warm, also.

I've used this slow cooker several times since I got it and love it!!! It works great and the rubber seals stay in place and seal really tight. The little warmer bonus is awesome as well. You can take the slow cooker on the go with out worrying about it spilling because the rubber seals that help close does it job and seals it pretty tight, so you don't have to worry if you are transporting it by yourself. Very easy to use and very easy to clean. And it doesn't weigh that much either. Great product.

This slow cooker is a big improvement over the Rival Crock Pot I've been using for the past four years. The first thing I noticed was the soft vinyl edge around the lid. Fantastic! Now the condensation won't cause the lid to rattle and leak. It also has a good shape to accommodate a whole chicken or roast and still be able to add vegetables. I also like the three temperatures. The unit heated right up and cooked my pork and potatoes to delicious tenderness. I've used it for hearty soups, too. The warmer is great for sauces and warm cheese dip! This is a very good, attractive, and well-performing set!

This is a well-designed, well-constructed slow cooker that hits all the marks for a basic cooker: Decent size, 3 temps, removable crock for easier cleaning. Add to that some really nice, useful touches, and you have good value for the money: Excellent lid gasket, a hole in the cover through which you can place a meat thermometer, an elastic cord to secure the lid during transport, and a handy bonus warmer. We cooked a roaster chicken in this, and it turned out tender and moist as expected. Next will be pork shoulder in cream of mushroom soup. Yum. I like the "Keep Warm" option so that you can eat when you like without overcooking your meal. You can cook on High, Low or a combination of the two which I have done too. Sometimes I start on High for a few hours and then reduce it to low overnight and then leave it on Warm. It is good because you have flexibility. It is easy to clean since you just remove the ceramic crock and wash it by hand or in the dishwasher! It cooks evenly with the ceramic crock. I cooked a large chicken and a roast it they both came out great last week..very tender too! Both of them fit right in with no problem. Homemade sweet and sour beans turned out nicely too. I love the 5QT capacity and the oval shape which leaves plenty of room for a good sized meal. I love the transport feature too..no spills!

I have a lot of company every Christmas,so I gave myself a gift of this slow Cooker and it's baby.First of all the picture dose not show how nice this Slow cooker really looks .I got a great deal on it the day I brought it,so that made me very happy on top of that, the bonus was the baby( as I call it) came along with it .I made a least six different thing in the slow cooker.From smokies( little sausages) to rice pudding. Everthing came out amazing.I am thinking about getting another one.

i have been waiting for this item to go on sale for 2 months and it finally did. again. I am so glade i got this item.

I used it twice till now. I love the taste it cooks and it really rescues me from the kitchen when usually I need to spend hours and keep close eye on the soup. Besides, the first time I used it was in my small bedroom for some reason, and I woke up several times due to the unbelievable fantastice smell. LOVE IT.
