Overall
Built like a tank.
Received my new 790-T about a month ago. There were some plastic parts damaged by the shipping company. Proform Customer Service was very helpful and friendly. Received new parts within 3 weeks. The damaged parts did not effect the operation of the treadmill. I have been using this daily and am very impressed. Smooth running and quiet. Loaded with features. I appreciate the quick response and friendly customer service from Proform and will definitely consider their products in the future.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
