Don't let the bad review discourage you! Yes, this trampoline comes with 40+ pieces and 30 bungee cords to put together and it takes a good amount of time to assemble, but it is not hard at all. I put it together in aprox 1 hour by myself and the directions are very easy to understand. The bungee tool works perfect if you follow the directions (there are pictures) and there's no way I could have put the bungees on without it!
I have a 4 1/2 yr old son with Autism and his favorite thing in the world is jumping. This trampoline is the perfect way to keep him busy and keep him off all the couches, beds and chairs! :-)

I liked the size and quality but was a bigger task to put together than instructions made it out to be. My advise, have help. You will be tired by the end.

Purchased this for my 2 yr old very active grand daughter for Christmas. She hasn't tried it out yet. We're in the process of putting it together now. Seems to be a good fit for small kids. Bungees are a bit tough to get on, but working with someone else helped. We're tall, so we found you got much better leverage stand it on it's side and putting them in. Can't wait for her to try this! I think she's going to have a ball. And the price was perfect!

I have 2 autistic sons and they has a blast in it. All I hear and see are jumping and laughing. It is sturdy and pretty light weight for ease with moving around the house. My oldest (4 years) would bounce off the sides (which I don't recommend) however it kept him in the enclosed area. Children may become curious and try to take off netting but that's where you come in. Parental supervision is needed at all times.

This trampoline was difficutt to put together but wasn't terrrible. I wouldn't recomend NOT doing with children around because of the bungie cord design. You have to use a special tool (that comes with it) to stretch the cords around the framework. I found it retracting back as I was stretching it. The main disappointment about this is the condition it is in after less than 12 months. All of the foam has disintegrated away. The red coloring has turned to pink and there is a hole in the part that covers the springs already. It is not used that often and my child is fairly gentle with it. The horizontal red strips you see on the netting are completely gone on ours. We do, however, keep it outside. If you are looking for a trampoline to use outside, I would NOT recommend this one! Major dissapointment.

I was not inpressed nor pleased with this toy. Great concept...cheap materials used. This is a toy that will take a beating, it should have been made with quality parts.

My 3 year old son loves to jump on our "big kid" trampoline but it is to dangerous, so we bought him the "My First Trampoline". Putting this thing together was horrible! It took my husband and I 2 hours to get all of the bungee cords on. There is a tool that is supposed to help with this process, but it just made matters worse. When we finally had this thing together we took it to a level spot for my son to jump but it did not have a lot of bounce. The padding that goes over the cords was not that thick and did not stay where they needed to be so it would have been easy for my son to get his leg or arm stuck in between the cords. If you are wanting something really safe for a small child i would not reccomend this toy.

Daughter loves it since she was 1 and now she is about 2 1/2 and still loves it.. Perfect for being able to have a break for yourself since it can be zipped up... lol
