Northwest Territory  12 ft. Deluxe Screened Gazebo

This tent fell apart even before it was completely set up. Cheap quality materials and shoddy workmanship make this tent a total waste of money and time.

this was a terrible terrible purchase. brought it home, put it together, and it didn't even last two weeks. it got a bit windy out one day, the whole thing blew over and the entire frame cracked and broke. very poorly designed, weak structure. don't waste your money.

I have this gazebo and me and my brother set it up . it wasn't hard at all and look great . well i whent to take it down by myself and one of the hubs that connect to the poles broke and i am having a hard time finding replacement part for it . i dont have the slip the shows i bought it and i am not sure if i can get a replacement part from kmart . i really hope i can cos i really like my gazebo and it cost to much to just throw away.

The directions says it takes two people and fifteen minutes to put up, issue #1.  The ropes to hold it in place are not kid friendly.  Two kids on seperate occasions almost choked themselves while running by because they are to thin to be visable.  While taking the tent down one of the clips on the pole broke.  So I exchanged it.  The 2nd tent couldn't withstand the light breeze and feel over twice. More aggravation than it's worth. 

<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;">  WOW!   What a great screen tent!   We have had 3 MAJOR storms, (with 70+ mph winds - that took down 3 of our huge oak trees), and this screen tent handled it!   During the 4th storm, however, 1 of the corner hubs broke (the previous storms may have weakened it).  It's $5.00 to replace the hub, plus $10.00 s+h.  I am replacing all 4 for $20.00, (the s+h is still $10.00).   We are still very impressed.                         I operate an in home child care, and the children & I just LOVE this screen tent!                                           

I have had nothing but good experiences with the Northwest Territory products I have purchased in the past but this was an exception to the rule. Some of the parts were not as described and one corner collapsed after a light breeze caught the screenshouse. The front and back poles that support the entrances were not bowed as described in the installation instructions and after the breeze one of the corner supports ripped and the hub holiding the roof supports, corner pole and rear entrance poles cracked and the whole strucure colllapsed. I am glad we set it up in the backyard before taking it camping.

The screenhouse is roomy and provides plenty of shade and the corner shelves were defintely a plus .

I will be returning it to get a replacement and I certainly hope to have a different experience with the new screenshouse. I will provide an update after I have evaluated the new unit.
