Are Delivered items included?
In this case, bigger is not always better. Larger items such as furniture and appliances are not available for the SHOP YOUR WAY MAX program. Even though free delivery isn't included, you'll still get your Double Points for qualifying purchases.
How much does my SHOP YOUR WAY MAX membership cost?
Can you put a price on MAX happiness? We didn't think so but our finance guy made us. And luckily, it isn't much.
An annual membership costs $79. (That's less than $7 a month.) For your convenience, you'll be automatically renewed each year unless you cancel your membership. You'll receive an email notification before your auto renewal.
HOW DO I RENEW MY SHOP YOUR WAY MAX MEMBERSHIP?
We make renewing easy and hassle free. Unless you cancel your membership, you'll be notified by email that you're being auto renewed. Then, you don't have to worry about giving your info again and we'll even use the card you already provided.
How do I cancel my SHOP YOUR WAY MAX membership?
We'd hate to see you go, but if you decide to cancel your membership, you can cancel online or over the phone. To cancel online, sign in and go to "My Profile". To cancel by phone, call the Sears Customer Care Center (1-800-349-4358) or the Kmart Customer Care Center (1-866-562-7848).
