Terms and Conditions
GoldK members must be at least 50 years old.
GoldK members will not receive any discounts on the co-pay amount for any prescription drug purchase. However, prescription drugs not covered by insurance plan will be eligible for a discount.
Membership in the GoldK program is not transferable.
The prescription drug discounts obtained by a GoldK member through the program cannot be combined with benefits from any other prescription drug programs, or used with prescriptions paid for in whole, or in part by, any government insurance plans.
