The look, the feel, the comfort is outstanding. However, the chairs faded to a pink color within the first month. Ottomans still grey-greenish color. Contacted customer service and they told me to go to the manufacturer (Jaclyn Smith) and just got the run around. Paid over $300 for this set because I wanted a better product. Sad to say, won't buy from them again. Beware.
I sat in the store?s display chairs and just had to have this set. Last year it sold out quickly and wasn?t available again until this year. I waited all summer for the price to drop before buying it. Excited, I brought it home and started immediately putting it together. I think it took me about 15-20 minutes to open and unpack the large box of pieces and lay them out. At first, I was very pleased with how fast these chairs went together--I have fat, arthritic fingers. All screws/bolts went in easily by hand, except the last 2(JB) bolts. My first chair took me under 15 minutes to put together. The majority of the second chair went together even quicker, except for (H) the chair leg connector support bar. The first 2 (JB) bolts on one side of the connector bar went in easily, but when I tried to put the last two bolts, the holes didn?t match up. After fighting for what seemed an eternity, I made my daughter help me, she struggled to get a bolt into the hardest hole (closest to the curve in the seat & frame), as I pushed/squeezed the frame together. I assumed I could put the last bolt in by myself so I told my daughter that she could leave. Unbelievably, the last bolt would not fit either because, again the hole wouldn?t line up. I would have had both chairs completed in approximately 30 minutes; but because of the manipulation of (H) chair leg connector support bar on the second chair, assembly totaled 1.5 hrs to put together. Only after the screws were all in did I tighten all with the allen wrench. The table comes with 4 legs and 2 support bars, but only 3 legs were put in the box. I called the company and was told that the leg should be here in 7 ? 10 business days. The table goes together easily. Fortunately, the ottoman comes already assembled, but they were a little wobbly so I used the allen wrench to tighten, I hope they?ll be ok. These four pieces have matching fabric. There was a lot of sweating and some cursing, but the chairs are together, attractive and very comfortable. I?m happy with the final product and that is why I?m giving a good rating.
This is a nice set and very comfortable now that we're past the assembly experience. That being said, the "some assembly required" aspect of things was quite frustrating. The assembly itself should be quite easy except for four things: To assemble the two chairs, we received three right arms and one left arm, there was a stain on the fabric for one ottoman that would not come out, that same ottoman was bent so it was completely crooked when it was assembled with about a one inch gap between where it should be and the lower left side, and one of the holes for assembly in the second chair never was drilled at the factory so there was not a place to insert the bolt. They gave us a sheet indicating that quality was important and NOT to call the store but to call a number between 9-5 on weekdays... sadly, we work for a living and are only have time for assembly outside of those hours. Hubby called the store any way and ended up taking the extra pieces back and getting the chair and ottoman pre-assembled from the store because they didn't have any more in stock... glad that the store made it right, but really re-thinking purchases of any more Jaclyn Smith products.
I decided on this 5PC Seating Set and I'm so glad I did. It came in one large box. My husband and I assembled it in 3.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon and was sitting outside on it that same evening. This set is so comfortable, beautiful and perfect for relaxing outdoors.

I bought this online without seeing it in the store and i am very pleased with the look and style. Chairs are comfortable and complete set is quality made. Assembly is very simple and took less then 1 hour to complete. Great price and would recommend.
We purchased this set last summer for our pool area. They are great. Fabric dries well, no mildew. These are super comfortable! The only drawback is that they are made of steel, and therefore will tend to rust, so we bring the whole set in during the winter. You need to have room to store them if you live in the north.

I bought this set last year at the beginning of Summer. It was easy to put together, and though at first, it seem crooked, If you just manually adjust it, it will straighten up fine. The only disappointment is the color when new, is beautiful, but I had mine on a deck where the sun continued to fade it to a mauvy pink! UGH - I still love the set and am trying to figure out how to recover it. I love the style and feeling when you sit. Very comfortable.
I just got the set yesterday and put it together in about a hour but then I discovered that the ottomans were a different color than the chairs, very disappointing, but it is a nice set otherwise
Very attractive set and comfortable. The box is very large and really needs to be delivered. Assembly was needed, but was not too bad. The cushions can not be removed, so when not in use it needs to be covered. We just purchase, we will know more at a later date.
These chairs are SO COMFORTABLE!! I gave them 4 stars because it was a 2 person job to put them together. Some of the holes didn't line up on the chairs and my husband had to do some hammering on the table legs to get them to fit properly. But soooo COMFY!
