We've now had this bed for more than a year and I'm happy to report that is has held up well! My (now) 5-year-old loves it and has put it to a full test, including jumping on it and repeatedly running up & down the slide despite my protests. It's also strong enough for me to climb into bed with him every night for storytime. Negatives: I wish it were a little higher for easier access to storage underneath. The safety railing could be a couple of inches taller, especially for those who opt for a standard twin over a cheap bunkbed mattress. That said, I would still buy again. Great value!
My kids absolutely love this bed!! we got one for my son and daughter and they play in the clubhouse underneath and they slide down and climb up it. It is like having a playground in their room! especially cute with the decorative curtains that go with them.
We bought this for our toddler daughter she loves it the only thing is that my kmart keeps running a sale on the flower curtain but they never have it so I had to get a raincheck to go to another store to find the flower curtain
it is not to high so if the grandchildren get wild and fall off it is not to far. They love the slide and being able to play hide and seek under the bed with the firetruck cover. Great quality, great buy!!
Bought this for my daughter in hopes of getting her to sleep in her room. She loves it and has slept in it since she got it. It was pretty simple to put together and we got the add on covering to go around the bottom, plus wired in some lights and we can't get her out of it!
Edges are very sharp and will cut you. Needs a guard or runner around the edges. The slide drops to far down from mattress making it easier for injuries. The worst part is the support part of the bed railing fell completely off while my daughter slept. Thank god she did not fall! It's welded and just popped off! We want to fix it ASAP but not even sure we should. The idea of the bed is great and the kids love it but seriosly it's made poorly and not safe at all... We also purchased the cute rent to go with jt and that ripped easily so it was pointless. Find a wood bed! This one is nothing but trouble.
All parts were clearly labeled and only a couple of times did we have to stop and figure out the instructions. metal frame should only last a year or two, but if your kid really wants a slide, this is a cheap option.

I have to say my kids absolutely love it. They play for hours sliding down the slide. Not only is it a cool bed it has a slide. The only thing I dont like is that they want to play when its bedtime. lol
We got this bed for our 3-year-old son because he was transitioning from sleeping with us to his room. He LOVED it and has slept in it consistently. It was a little hard to put together (for us) but in the end was well worth it! Such a fun bed for a toddler.
Got this bed for my daughter, and she loves it. It is sturdier than I thought it would be. Very good product. Assembly wasn't to bad, but you need an extra hand to hold the frame up when you put it together.
We purchased this bed when our daughter was ready to upgrade from her toddler bed. She loves this. It's not too high, so I'm not nervous about her climbing in and out of it. The slide on it's own isn't very fast, which is best for indoors (my daughter prefers to walk up the slide instead of climbing up the ladder). The only thing I wish was different is that I wish the ladder and slide were interchangable. With the slide being required to stay on the side that it jets out into the middle of the room and it's a little awkward. Assembly wasn't difficult, although some pieces were a little tighter fit that made it tough to straighten everything up.
I got this for my 4 year old daughter as it gave her a play fort and slide in her room, this is important in the northwest as the weather keeps us inside allot in the winter. She has a blast and i don't have to worry about her falling out of bed because it has rails and it low height. I have a new child on the way and will be getting a 2nd of these in the near future
I chose fair because some of the parts and pieces in the box were dirty and dinged up. If it had a scratch someone painted over it. Also putting it together some of the screw holes weren't aligned. Then lasty I bought it on sale, and a week later it went on sale again and I could have saved another $50 bucks.
Good sturdy bed for kids. Fairly easy to put together. My daughter is in love with her new bed. I would have preferred more support for the mattress. Also, it would be easier to accommodate accord to the space if the slide wasn't fixed on the left side. Other than that great!
