All parts were clearly labeled and only a couple of times did we have to stop and figure out the instructions. metal frame should only last a year or two, but if your kid really wants a slide, this is a cheap option.

I have to say my kids absolutely love it. They play for hours sliding down the slide. Not only is it a cool bed it has a slide. The only thing I dont like is that they want to play when its bedtime. lol
We got this bed for our 3-year-old son because he was transitioning from sleeping with us to his room. He LOVED it and has slept in it consistently. It was a little hard to put together (for us) but in the end was well worth it! Such a fun bed for a toddler.
Got this bed for my daughter, and she loves it. It is sturdier than I thought it would be. Very good product. Assembly wasn't to bad, but you need an extra hand to hold the frame up when you put it together.
We purchased this bed when our daughter was ready to upgrade from her toddler bed. She loves this. It's not too high, so I'm not nervous about her climbing in and out of it. The slide on it's own isn't very fast, which is best for indoors (my daughter prefers to walk up the slide instead of climbing up the ladder). The only thing I wish was different is that I wish the ladder and slide were interchangable. With the slide being required to stay on the side that it jets out into the middle of the room and it's a little awkward. Assembly wasn't difficult, although some pieces were a little tighter fit that made it tough to straighten everything up.
I got this for my 4 year old daughter as it gave her a play fort and slide in her room, this is important in the northwest as the weather keeps us inside allot in the winter. She has a blast and i don't have to worry about her falling out of bed because it has rails and it low height. I have a new child on the way and will be getting a 2nd of these in the near future
I chose fair because some of the parts and pieces in the box were dirty and dinged up. If it had a scratch someone painted over it. Also putting it together some of the screw holes weren't aligned. Then lasty I bought it on sale, and a week later it went on sale again and I could have saved another $50 bucks.
Good sturdy bed for kids. Fairly easy to put together. My daughter is in love with her new bed. I would have preferred more support for the mattress. Also, it would be easier to accommodate accord to the space if the slide wasn't fixed on the left side. Other than that great!
This item is the perfect area for your little toddler. My son says that he want to played all the day in the slide and run the fire truck. I am very happy for him.

We opted to purchase this bed to give our son more play room in his bedroom. The construction was simple, no missing parts, although the box was banged up. I was concerned something would be bent or missing. But alas! I would recommend furniture sliders pads under each leg. My only concern is the ladder. The rungs are indeed small, and square--but finding foam to fit around them wasn't too hard. We just used pipe insulator. Oh, we didn't install the slide.
Great bed assembley was easy and my daughter loves it ! Just need more curtain options for little girls..... Otherwise GREAT product.

it kept coming apart in the middle every time my son would bounce a little. He is only 3 years old he love the slide part we had to put a piece of ply wood down and screw into the metal just to keep it from falling apart. I'm disappointed in the product
This bed is VERY heavy and has a ton of pieces to assemble. The instructions are not too bad considering the amount of items that are in the box. It seems fairly sturdy since almost everything is made of metal, but there are some design weak points that could be improved. The side panel in between the slide and the ladder is just screwed in on top of the bed platform. No matter how much you tighten, the side panel seems a little wobbly. The slide assembly also seems it could have been designed a little better and so it could support a little more weight. Overall, our soon to be 4-year-old loves the new bed (especially the slide) but I wouldn't recommend this for larger kids over 50 lbs.
The bed is really cute, but the support beams that support the mattress is not designed well. My son is only 55 pounds, and the little metal bars that go under the mattress keep popping out in a few spots. My husband has had to re-position them more than once. You can solve this issue yourself, with some mechanic wire, but I would not recommend this bed for any child over roughly 80-90 pounds. Also , I would monitor when your child plays on it. The child can stand on the rails and fall. The bed is not that tall, but to a small toddler it would be. I be will removing this bed for a standard bed in the very near future. Good points the frame and slide is sturdy. Cons: Instructions were not with item, and I had to to pull them up online. Support bars under the mattress are not strong enough, also not 100 percent safe- Im afraid to allow my child to play or sleep without supervision. I would pass on this bed. Cute concept, but not safe.
I Bought This For My Soon To Be 4yr Old As An Early Christmas Present Because We Moved In The Holiday Season. He Needed A Bed In His Room But He Looks At It As A Playground. I Killed 2 Birds With One Stone. Once We Put It Together His Eyes Lit Up. He Slides On It Everyday & I Think Every Preschooler Deserves One Of These.

My son picked this out himself, and can't wait to sleep in it-which is great because our son was having night terrors-and coming into our bed. This bed is the answer. Aside from the awesome slide, kids can play underneath or keep their special things away. Loved the price!
I would'nt recommend this bed to anyone, it is poorly made . my 7yr old and her friend were playing on it and the frame bent, so we bent it back then a few days later she was running up the slide onto the bed and the main frame broke and she fall through and hit the ground causing big scratches along her back. . I would of thought knowing kids we play on the slide and underneath i would of expected it to be more supported then it is..
This is a really cute and fun bed. The quality is fine for the price, plenty sturdy. My girls are in love with it. My only caution would be to measure and plan where it will go in the room. Then make sure the slide won't obstruct doors, dressers etc. I wish you could pick the side you would like the slide to go on. The room ours is in is average size and there is only one place the bed will fit without being in the way of something.
