Compared to the previous countertop oven which I had for less than one year before it quit working, this one is large enough to hold my large cast iron skillet in which I bake cornbread or fritattas, the timer actually works, cutting off the oven when time is up and best of all, the oven actually gets HOT--reaches correct temperature! AND the price was very good--on sale.

Very easy to clean. Great value for the price. Was pleased to see that It was just like a revisited oven & works just as well. As a matter of fact I made eggplant parm in it last night and it baked it perfectly.

I bought this oven because the oven in my stove is broken and we didn't want to replace it for awhile as we are planning to remodel our kitchen. I needed a large enough countertop oven for cooking with standard sized cookware. While this oven is certainly an improvement over the smaller oven it replaced it does not hold a standard 9 X 13 baking dish as advertised which is the reason I am only giving it a "good" rating. I assumed when they said it would hold two 9 X 13 baking dishes that they meant "standard" dishes which include about an inch edge. The photo on the box even shows this, however, the edge prevents the dishes from fitting. Several of my favorite recipes call for using 9 X 13 size baking dishes, so will be trying to find some without an edge on them. Still I find this misleading on the part of Hamilton Beach and I wasn't able to try a dish in the oven before I bought it as it was not on display in any of the stores.
This item has rotisserie feature and convection which I am pretty happy with. However, It claims to fit 9x13 casserole and so I purchased one from Kmart and it does not fit the 13 x 9. You would have to find one without handle flaps and no store seems to have one of those.

I've worked my way up to this oven I started out with a small counter top oven and loved it but I wanted to cook pizza so I got the medium size that has convection cooking mode used it for baking chicken, potatoes, pizzas to cooking cakes. So I decided to go with this one so I can have 2 cooking rakes have already used it to cook on both shelf WORKS JUST LIKE A REGULAR OVEN EXCEPT IT HAS A TIMER TO TURN IT OFF. Can't wait to use the Rotisserie. PS haven't used my regular oven in over 3 months. Tried out the rotisserie on several pork loin it was so easy and they came out great.
I am enjoying the oven. It works so well for just 2 people. You don't have to heat up a big oven to bake or cook for just 2. I know in the summer time I will be taking it camping. I have used it to make cranberry bread, baked potatoes, and made a casserole, just for ideas. It is super. It was so easy to order on line and no problems with that.
I purchased this item today, turned it on to 425 for a pizza, It took 30 minutes to reach 350 F and then it would not go past 400F, as it would cycle on and off at that temp, and that was after 50 minutes, without anything in the oven using both straight Oven setting and then in the convection setting. This seemed like a good fit for what i required, but i can use my oven in my stove with less use of electricity and faster than this oven. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I would most certainly recommend this product to others. Works great and I'm very happy with the overall use of it. Kmart has many good products for a decent price and I'm glad I picked this up!
Bought this counter top oven because I have a small kitchen and did not have the space to have a regular oven. This oven has been great. I have had for about 2 weeks now and my family and I are really getting out money worth. Used for Thanksgiving for the Rotisserie option and it was great. Came out great. It only holds up to a 5lb chicken for this option. It makes a little bit of noise when you use the Convention setting but nothing that will scare you or anything. Overall, great value for my money and great little oven to use for all our family needs.

I have used this Countertop Oven with Convection and Rotisserie to bake and broil foods and it works great! I can't wait to use the rotisserie. The weather has been extremely hot and it was used during the hot spells and it doesn't heat up my kitchen like the oven would. I really enjoy using it. I use it often.

This oven is very useful for the quick batch of cookies. I made a dozen chocolate chip cookies at a time. I used the convection oven, and the cookies turned out perfect! Golden brown on top and bottom. I bought a thermometer to place on the rack to check that the temps were within an acceptable range. They were within 3 degrees at 450. Close enough for me.
I bought this item for my Mother. Currently she has no stove to cook with. I got this because she can now cook cookies, cakes, and any meal she can dream up in this new Hamilton Beach countertop oven.

I'm in love with my new best friend. We have used it for pork roasts.. Absolutely tasty. And my husband uses it every day for his frozen pizzas.. Excited to make prime rib and rotisserie chicken.

PROS: I really love the convection oven feature and the removable double racks are great. It is super for pizza, roasting meat, fish & veggies and it toasts my bagels and garlic bread perfectly. Its super easy to clean if you cover the bottom tray with foil. The racks are also great because you can move them to whatever location you need for the item you are cooking. CONS: I have tried the rotisserie feature twice but I am not impressed. It is extremely time consuming, annoying and wastes too much electricity for the sub-par results. The rotisserie rod is not made to hold a standard size roaster chicken without spending a lot of time trussing the chicken to the rod, so that, it can cook properly. This oven is also rather large and does take up a lot of counter space. Its control knobs are all in black and can be hard to see in low or dim light. So, if you are looking for a great Convection Oven I would highly recommend this oven. But, if you are looking to use the Rotisserie feature often I would recommend that you look in another direction.

My Apartment Oven is terrible. This lets me bake and cook things I could not cook before like at 400 degrees or higher. I plan to use this on a regular basis. Waiting to use the rotisserie haven't cooked a Chicken on one since I moved into a smaller Apt. and gave him my really great B-B-Q Grill about 3 years ago.
It is an oven where you can fit two large pizzas. Also you can roaste a chicken or a turkey. In this oven I can make a homemade bread. My wife loves to make lasagna and all kind of italian pastas in it.
I've had mine for a bit over a week, and use it every day! Use the convection setting to 'pre-heat' and it's really fast. Although it might hold 2 pizza's, if you want the top to brown, it has to be on the highest rack slot. Did a whole chicken on the spit last weekend, and it was crisp on the outside and cooked to the bone on the inside, yet very moist. Use the included large 'cake pan' or a cheap disposable aluminum pan to catch drippings. I used the cake pan and then de-glazed it and made gravy with the drippings. The interior is wide enough to hold a 12x14" pan easily. If shopping for pans to use with this, keep the size in mind... I have a bread maker, but don't like how the loaves come out. I use the bread maker to mix dough, then transfer the dough to a bread pan, let it rise one more time, and then bake it in this oven! Perfect 1-1/2# loaf of bread. Oh, bake on the 2nd lowest rack position. I bought this oven because the oven thermostat on my old electric range went out. I like this oven better! And yes, I'm a guy who can easily repair the old thermostat, but it costs 50% more than this oven cost me! Just a warning: The broiler elements on top are on any time it is heating, so you can NOT heat foods in plastic trays, even if you follow the 'cookie sheet' directions on the frozen food... You can, however, dump the frozen food into a metal or oven-safe glass pan and then follow the heating directions.

My oven died . . . again . . . and while I contemplate what to replace it with I bought this to get me through for the next few months. But I'm never giving it up. It is brilliant. Yes, it takes up a fair amount of space on the counter, but it is worth it. The rotisserie feature is brilliant., you can barely hear it going, likewise with the convection feature Made my first Rotisserie chicken with it and it is to die for! Could not be happier.
