    Best Gaming System EVER April 02, 2011

    I a not a big gamer, but my teenage son is. He asked if we could get this system to play games as a family. I had done a lot of research and decided to get this system. We have been playing now everyday for 1 to 2 hours. It is a great workout and you don't even know it, you are so cought up in the game. Make sure you do some checking on the games for the Kinect, as they are not cheep and some are better than others.

    Kinect with 4GB is NOT Worth the Buy November 18, 2011

    I've always loved Xbox, so when I heard that their new Kinect technology was coming out I thought it would be amazing. Turns out, it isn't. The Kinect games are boring and barely interactive at all. Popular game genres (like Resident Evil) do all the character movements for you while you stand there and pretend to shoot - Please note that a Resident Evil game for Kinect does not exist. I'm just using the game as an example. Above all the Kinect system requires a large space for gameplay; a space that the average livingroom or bedroom don't have. Overall, at this point in its existance, I wouldn't recommend the Kinect simply because it needs a lot of space in order to be effective and the games for it are anything but fun or entertaining. Not to mention that the system you're buying only has 4GB of disk space (compared to the Playstation 3's 160GB hard drive) and the system requires payment for online play. If you're an avid gamer then hold off on the Kinect and shoot for the 250GB Xbox 360. For online play, I agree, you get what you pay for (it's a lot better than the Playstation Network) but it's still expensive.

    The Kinect is the best video game idea ever! It gets the kids up and moving, getting their exercise while still enjoying the competitive nature of the standard video game. The selection of games for the Kinect continuously grows.

    I recently purchased the Xbox 360 Kinect and I love it!! It takes gaming to a whole other level. The graphics, color and games puts you in prime time.

    I found the XBOX 360 with Kinect to be an advancement in video games and also jumps into the TV future use mode. I like the way it shows you haw to play and then draws you into playing and interacting as much as you are capable of doing. It makes you forget you are exercising and moves the TV from a couch potato tool into a whole body movement activity.

    Got this for the grandchildren and they LOVE IT! All four of them can play the games on it and take turns competing for the top slot! The games are for many age levels. I highly recommend this product.
