The Schwinn 250 Cycle incorporates a high inertia perimeter and weighted flywheel to provide a great workout in a relaxed position. No matter how long and hard you work out, your exercise routine never will be curtailed due to lack of comfort.  With its BioFit™ comfort features, you'll feel the least possible impact on your lower back and leg joints for a safe and efficient workout. The extra-wide seat has fore and aft adjustment settings along with extra support to keep you positioned correctly while the pedals are oversized and self-leveling to have you working out more efficiently and comfortably.

In addition to 16 different resistance levels, the Schwinn 250 Recumbent Bike provides 17 preprogrammed workouts and the option to tailor your own. Get the feel of riding on an actual road with the exclusive BioDyne™ performance features without the worry of potholes and traffic. It's easy to set your goals and measure progress on the oversized, adjustable console using the Schwinn® Advantage™ software. Other convenience features include a built-in two-speed blower fan, water bottle holder and integrated utility rack that can hold a book or tablet to keep you entertained. And to generate more rhythm to your routine, the bike also features speakers and an mp3 music input port to keep you moving to your favorite beats. Telemetry and contact heart rate features let you track your pulse and heart rate so you can maximize your workouts and stay in your targeted zone.
