Inspire vision. Tru-reflection mirror won't distort image. Develops vision. At 0+ Months: baby begins to: focus best on objects 8-12 inches away; track objects with eyes; develop binocular vision - where both eyes work together. Baby's Eye View: 0+ months: Babies' color vision isn't fully developed yet; brighter reds and oranges are the easiest to see. Interaction Ideas: Hang the crib & floor mirror on baby's crib to encourage reach. Point to her reflection and describe what she is seeing. Babies love to look at human faces! When baby gets more upper body strength, place it on the floor for tummy time, to help baby work on hand coordination. Talk to about the toys and show her how they work, then let her try! This will encourage the gross motor skill of lifting head and chest as well as the fine motor skills of reaching and grasping. Developmental Insight: Although babies have limited vision at birth, they show a clear preference for bold patterns, bright colors and faces. This is well-suited to provide just the right amount of stimulation without overwhelming. Mothers seem to instinctively realize their little one's limited range as they tend to hold their babies about 8 inches from their face. Large safety mirror with a true reflection allows baby to focus. Babies have a strong preference for human faces, even at birth. Textural leaves offer peek-a-boo play. High contrast lady bug & tracker ball patterning that newborns can discern, aiding in the development of visual perception. Symmetrical bee inspires vision and encourages touch. Easelback supports mirror on floor & elastic straps provide easy attachment to cribs. Use on floor for tummy time. Use for back-lying in crib. Remember all babies are unique and develop al their own pace. If you have any questions or concerns about your baby's development, you should always consult your healthcare provider. CE listed. Made in No. 3, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.

Overall
Very cute!

My granddaughter was 9 months old when I bought this. The description stated it could be hung inside a crib or sit upright on it's own. It does not stay up well using the easle like construction and I never tried hanging it from a crib. However, it's a very cute, colorful and durable mirror that she enjoys playing with. All girls enjoy mirrors right? LOL I think we'll get good use with this for the next few years.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
Bright Colors and Interesting

my husband bought this for our daughter when she was only about 2 months old. She has always liked to look in the mirror so he got this to put on the changing table. I thought at first she was a little too young but she proved me wrong. She has loved it from the beginning, she will just lay there looking at herself while we change her and always tries to grab the bee. Finding a way to entertain her during diaper changes was a blessing, when she was little she hated to have her diaper change and would fight us. The mirror kept her distracted and happy while we changed her and dressed her. I just wish it had ways to attached it to her changing table instead of having to wedge it in a corner. Very affordable toy that keeps her happy!
